What happens next
I read every enquiry myself and reply by phone or email, usually within one business day. The first conversation is free and without obligation. You explain the situation in plain terms and I tell you whether an assessment review, an agreement, an objection or enforcement is the right next step, and roughly what it would involve.
Helpful to have ready:
- Your latest child support assessment notice or Services Australia letter
- The care arrangement for each child, roughly in nights per year
- Both parents' recent income details, if you have them
- Any decision you want to challenge and the date you received it (objection time limits are usually 28 days)
